• Partner with cross-functional teams to address business-facing research needs for Core developer and UX research tools.
• Lead generative and evaluative research initiatives, including usability testing, concept testing, literature reviews, and surveys.
• Deliver actionable insights that shape product direction and enhance user experience for technical, internal-facing tools.
